Overview

All of the products in my shop are handmade by me.  They all start from a drawing in my journal and then hand sculpted in fine silver or sterling silver for the finished product. I love what I do and want you to love it as much as I did creating it. A treasure forever, from my heart to yours.   ~Susan

 

Warranty

This warranty is for 30 days and extends to defects in workmanship only.  Damage from daily wear, accidents, or improper maintenance care is not covered.

 

Returns

I do accept returns within 7 days of receiving them.  Email me with any problems or issues with your item and I will refund your funds upon receipt of the returned undamaged items. Susandeesdesigns@gmail.com. Please return in the original packaging.  Postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  Please retain proof of postage when returning items, I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail when being returned. I take great pride in my craftsmanship and your satisfaction is my ultimate goal.

 

When returning, include a note with your name, address, email address, phone number and instructions to repair, refund or exchange.

 

The following are items that cannot be returned or exchanged:

 

*Custom or personalized orders

*Made-to-order items

*Failure to maintain items properly

*Damage incurred after receipt of item

*Earrings(for hygiene reasons)

*Items on sale

 

Custom and Made-to-Order Orders

Custom orders are non-refundable, and payment in full must be made before work is started.  Made-to-order items are also classified as custom orders as these pieces are made especially for you.

Shipping

Unfortunately, I do not ship internationally yet.  US orders only.

 

All shipping rates are calculated at checkout. They will be shipped first class, insured and signature required upon receipt.   Items will then ship 3-5 business days from receipt of payment. I am not responsible for lost or stolen items.  Items over $200 will ship free.
 

Care Instructions

*Keep away from harsh chemicals (such as perfumes, sprays and other cosmetics), as this can affect the metal, patina, and stones.

 

*Refrain from showering, swimming, hot tubbing, or hand washing with jewelry.  Store in a dry area and preferably an airtight baggy.  Most cardboard jewelry boxes contain sulfur, which can tarnish the metal.

 

*Each piece can be cleaned with a silver polishing pad. Do not dip in liquid silver cleaners as this will remove the patina.
